The company Penta Real Estate, s.r.o., ID No.: 03590534, VAT No.: CZ03590534, with its registered office at Na Florenci 2139/2, 110 00 Prague 1, registered in the Commercial Register maintained by the Municipal Court in Prague, File No. C 234453 (hereinafter referred to as the “Operator”), is responsible for all information published on the website www.petrska18.cz (hereinafter referred to as the “Website”).

The terms and conditions for users of the Website are as follows (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms”):

• The Operator is the owner and administrator of the Website www.petrska18.cz.

• These Terms are issued by the Operator for the purpose of informing the public about the conditions of use and operation of the Website.

• Any interference with the content or technical nature of the Website without the Operator’s consent is prohibited. Only the Operator is entitled to decide on any changes to the Website.

• By completing and submitting the form, I make a non-binding request for more information about the subject of my inquiry. I do not make any pre-reservation or reservation of the selected apartment, non-residential unit, or family house. Requesting further information does not oblige me or any other person to sign any contract, nor does it entitle me to demand the conclusion of any contract, in particular a reservation agreement, future purchase agreement, or purchase agreement. I acknowledge and agree that a so-called pre-reservation (i.e., a non-binding reservation valid for 5 days) is not validly made until confirmed in writing or by email by the seller. For a binding reservation, a personal meeting with the seller and the conclusion of a written reservation agreement are required.
