The architectural concept by Pantograph Studio, led by architect Peter Kožuško, works with the contrast between urban representation and inner tranquillity. The street façade draws inspiration from Prague’s cubism – its dynamic geometry and rhythmic composition reference the tradition of Prague’s residential houses while appearing contemporary and confident. Towards the courtyard, the building turns a calmer face – the inner façade with loggias and terraces offers views into a carefully designed garden atrium. Each apartment maintains a direct relationship with the exterior – facing the city or the greenery – ensuring an intimate connection between the interior and its surroundings.

The apartments in the Petrská 18 project will be completed to the highest Platinum standard, emphasising precise craftsmanship, refined taste, and flawless detail.
